• Valid USA Passport
• US Military ID
• Valid Foreign Passport (issued outside of USA) that has a stamp citizenship and immigration services.
• Inmate ID, If signer is currently an inmate issued by the State of Texas department of Corrections (TDC)

Not Acceptable Identification

• Social Security Card
• Work ID Badge
• Membership Cards, GYM ID
• Student ID
• Medicare Card
• Driver's License without Photo ID including a temporary license
• Expired Identification
